India– May 15, 2026: Global Counsel proudly and successfully hosted its very first international event, the International Virtual Conference on Mental Health & Awareness 2026, bringing together an inspiring global community of educators, counselors, psychologists, researchers, wellness advocates, academic leaders, and changemakers committed to advancing mental health awareness and emotional well-being worldwide.
The milestone virtual conference marked the official beginning of Global Counsel’s international efforts to create meaningful conversations, collaborative platforms, and educational initiatives centered on emotional wellness, counseling, human development, and compassionate leadership.
The conference was expertly hosted and moderated by Dr. Virginia Rivera, Vice President of Peeyush Group of Companies and Global Advisor to the newly formed Global Counsel, who welcomed attendees from around the world and emphasized the urgent need to normalize conversations surrounding mental health and emotional resilience.

The event opened with special recognition of the visionary founders of Global Counsel, Dr. Shruti Kulkarni and Layal Gaddhar, whose leadership and dedication made this inaugural international conference possible.
A special acknowledgment was also extended to Adv. Peeyush Pandit, Guest of Honor and Global Convener, recognized for his continued efforts in connecting global institutions, educators, professionals, and leaders across borders through platforms focused on education, empowerment, and human development.
