Conducted as a live online program, the initiative brings together participants from diverse countries and professional backgrounds to strengthen global standards in education, capacity building, and workforce development. The program was hosted by Maha Shhadeh, Executive Director of Global Affairs and International Relations at International Internship University. In her opening remarks, she emphasized the growing need for highly skilled trainers capable of responding to the rapidly evolving demands of global education, organizational development, and lifelong learning. She highlighted IIU’s vision of fostering international collaboration while equipping professionals with competencies that create measurable educational and social impact.

Throughout the interactive session, participants explored innovative instructional frameworks, communication strategies, learner engagement techniques, and leadership practices that strengthen training effectiveness across academic, corporate, and community settings.
