“The best trainers don’t just deliver knowledge—they ignite confidence, inspire action, and create leaders who inspire others.”
That powerful belief came to life during the International Internship University’s (IIU) Global Train-the-Trainer Program 2026, an internationally attended professional development initiative designed to equip educators, trainers, facilitators, and professionals with the skills needed to lead with confidence in today’s rapidly evolving world.

Led by internationally certified trainer Rayan Halawi and hosted by Maha Shhadeh, Executive Director of Global Affairs and International Relations at IIU, the program attracted participants from multiple countries eager to elevate their communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership abilities.

One of the defining highlights of the program was the exceptional leadership demonstrated by Ms. Maha Shhadeh, whose professionalism, vision, and unwavering commitment to international education elevated the entire learning experience. As Executive Director of Global Affairs and International Relations at IIU, she skillfully guided the program with remarkable confidence, creating a welcoming environment where participants from diverse countries and professional backgrounds felt connected, valued, and inspired. Her outstanding ability to foster meaningful dialogue, encourage cross-cultural collaboration, and maintain a dynamic atmosphere transformed the virtual event into a truly global platform for learning and professional growth.
The sessions moved beyond traditional teaching methods, offering practical strategies on professional presence, confident communication, body language, audience engagement, and impactful learning experiences. Participants explored how small improvements in delivery, confidence, and interaction can dramatically influence learning outcomes and organizational success.

“Knowledge may open the door, but confidence is what inspires people to walk through it.”
One of the program’s most impactful discussions challenged the common misconception that effective trainers must have every answer. Instead, participants learned that authentic leadership comes from preparation, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and the ability to guide meaningful conversations with clarity and purpose.
“Great trainers don’t create dependent learners—they create confident thinkers.”
Interactive discussions, real-world examples, and practical coaching techniques encouraged participants to transform classrooms, boardrooms, and virtual learning spaces into environments where collaboration, curiosity, and innovation flourish. The program reinforced that in today’s digital era, a trainer’s influence extends far beyond presentations—it shapes careers, organizations, and communities.
As the program concluded, participants left with renewed confidence, globally relevant training strategies, and a shared commitment to lifelong learning. The event reaffirmed IIU’s mission of developing world-class professionals who lead with knowledge, integrity, and impact.
The IIU Global Train-the-Trainer Program 2026 was more than a professional development course—it was a global investment in the people who educate, empower, and inspire the leaders of tomorrow.
“A trainer teaches a lesson. A great trainer changes a life. An exceptional trainer changes the future.”
